Refunds
At Frank + Bare®, we understand that natural deodorant may not perform the same for every individual. For this reason, we recommend purchasing one deodorant initially to ensure it works well for you.
If our product does not work for you, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at sales@frankandbare.com.au and we will happily refund the cost of one deodorant per order.
If multiple deodorants were purchased in the same order and opened or used, we will only refund one deodorant. Any additional deodorants that remain unused and in their original condition may be returned for a refund.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once approved.
If you purchased using a discount code or subscription, refunds will be issued for the amount paid after any discounts were applied.
Returns
Unused deodorants may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Our refund guarantee applies to one opened deodorant per order to allow customers to trial the product. Any additional products must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, we will replace the item and refund any reasonable return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an unused product for another of the same item, please contact us at sales@frankandbare.com.au.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected to confirm it is unused and in original condition, we will arrange shipment of the replacement item. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
